Sponsors Page

The Sponsors Page feature built into your website allows advertisers to purchase sponsorship packages that you can create quickly and easily in your Control Panel. It may be easier to understand the functionality of this feature as a "purchase ads" page. (see screenshot below).

This feature will allow you to accept payment from the sponsor and allow them to upload their artwork so it is available in your Control Panel.

Once you have the artwork and/or content from the sponsor in your Control Panel you can create a new page on your website using an "extra page" (which you will want to rename) to display all your sponsors (with links to their websites) and/or print an Ad Book or magazine for distribution at or following the event.

Keeping the Sponsors Page online provides an environmentally-friendly alternative that will maintain affordable advertising costs for your supporters and direct more profit to your cause.

Pricing

MyEvent.com charges an 3.75% credit card processing fee and a $0.75 transaction fee.

These charges cover:

Payouts

We pay you immediately upon request by direct deposit, check or wire transfer. You will choose the frequency and desired method of payments. Funds are issued in either US or Canadian dollars.

Takes 5 to 7 business days from the time of your request and funds are deposited to the bank account of your choice. A $2.50 service charge is applied to each direct deposit (ACH transfer).

Delivery takes up to 10 business days from the time of your request. A $2.50 service charge is applied to each check.

Takes 2 business days to wire transfer funds at a cost of $30 per transaction.
